He led a team of legal professionals and personally handled all aspects of litigation—from case evaluation and pleadings to depositions, mediations, and trial. His practice covered a broad range of civil litigation, including wrongful death, aviation disaster, and premises liability cases. In addition to litigating cases, Frank has extensive experience training and mentoring legal staff, creating efficient systems to streamline case management and elevate team performance.
Prior to practicing law, Frank spent over a decade at a large insurance company as a claims specialist. There, he managed hundreds of claims at a time and developed advanced expertise in liability analysis, insurance coverage disputes, and intercompany arbitration. His insider experience gives him a decisive edge when negotiating against insurers who attempt to deny or delay rightful compensation.
Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Frank resides in Issaquah, Washington, with his wife and their two sons. Outside the courtroom, he enjoys coaching his sons’ sports teams, spending time with family, and staying active at the gym.
